Shipping policy
In order to ensure the smooth transportation of goods within the EU, this clause clarifies the key links such as transit time, transport liability, and delivery of goods. All transportation arrangements are made in accordance with the following terms.
1. Shipping time
The transit time from the shipping point to the destination is usually 20-40 working days, which may vary depending on the origin and end location, traffic conditions and relevant customs clearance procedures.
2. Shipping delays
Delays due to unforeseen events such as weather, strikes, transport breakdowns, etc., may occur during transportation. In this case, we will do our best to notify our customers in advance and take steps to minimize delays.
3. Holidays and force majeure factors
On public holidays in EU countries or under special circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), the transit time may be delayed. The transportation arrangements during the holiday period should be adjusted according to the holiday arrangements of the relevant countries.
4. Delivery time
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days after the order is confirmed, subject to the specific circumstances of the order confirmation and the availability of the goods.
5. Delivery time
The delivery time is usually determined by the agreed mode of transport, the distance from the origin to the destination, and other possible logistical links, such as customs clearance times. For bulk shipments, the delivery time may be slightly extended.
6. Real-time tracking
All shipments are tracked in real-time during transit using the tracking number provided. Customers can check the latest shipping status of their goods at any time through our logistics platform or the website of the designated shipping service provider.
7. Exception Handling
In the event of any shipping delays or anomalies, we will contact the customer within 24 hours of discovery and provide a solution to the problem and an estimated delivery time.
8. Transportation insurance
In order to ensure the safety of the goods, we recommend that customers take out appropriate transportation insurance during transportation, especially in the transportation of high-value goods. The cost of insurance will be calculated based on the value of the goods and the mode of transportation.
9. Shipping Risk
During transportation, the risk of damage, loss and other risks of the goods will be divided according to the Incoterms. The specific liability is determined by the buyer and seller according to the delivery terms agreed upon by both parties (e.g., FOB, CIF, etc.).
